Solar maintenance and AMC

Generation falls quietly. Scheduled cleaning, electrical checks and monitoring catch the losses that no one notices on a bill.

What actually degrades output

Soiling is the largest and most reversible loss, especially near roads, fields and construction. After that come loose or corroded DC connectors, a failed bypass diode in one module, a tripped string, and shading from something that was not there at commissioning — a new water tank, a parapet extension, a grown tree.

What a visit covers

Cleaning, a walk of every string, torque checks on structure fasteners, inspection of conduit and cable ties, earthing continuity measurement, inverter log review, and a comparison of actual generation against what the system should have produced for that period.

Systems we did not install

We take on maintenance for existing systems. The first visit is an assessment: what was installed, what condition it is in, and what needs correcting before a routine schedule makes sense.

What this does not do

Maintenance restores losses that are recoverable. It cannot reverse permanent module degradation, and it cannot make a system larger than it was built to be.
