What this site collects

The savings calculator runs entirely in your browser. The bill, PIN code, roof area and other values you enter are used to produce an estimate on your own device and are not transmitted to us or to anyone else.

The contact form is the only place this site collects personal information. It asks for your name, mobile number, PIN code, an optional email address and an optional message.

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your enquiry — to call you back, confirm we cover your area, and arrange a survey or quotation if you want one. We ask for your explicit permission before you submit the form, and that permission covers this purpose only.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell or rent contact details.
  • We do not pass them to third parties for their own marketing.
  • We do not add you to a mailing list because you asked for a quotation.
  • We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this site.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept for as long as it takes to deal with the enquiry, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. Where an enquiry becomes a project, the associated records are kept for the statutory periods that apply to warranty, tax and electrical compliance documentation.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to the email address on the contact page and we will act on it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. Material changes affecting information already collected will be notified directly where we hold a way to reach you.
