100 kW – 2 MW
Roof area
10,000 sq ft and above
System types
On-grid, captive and open-access configurations
Engineering before procurement
An industrial roof was designed for its own loads. Before any module is ordered we assess the purlin spacing, sheet condition and truss capacity, and confirm the array layout against wind loading for your location.
Electrical scope
Design covers string sizing against the inverter window, DC and AC protection, cable sizing for voltage drop, earthing and lightning protection, and the interface to your existing LT or HT panel. Protection settings are coordinated with the utility.
Handover
You receive as-built drawings, string test results, thermographic survey, protection settings, equipment warranties and an O&M schedule. Monitoring is configured before handover, not after.
What this does not do
A rooftop array sized to your daytime load will not make a factory grid-independent. Night shifts, process spikes and monsoon weeks still draw from the grid unless storage or open access is part of the plan.
