Daytime load and daytime generation line up almost perfectly, which is why commercial rooftops pay back faster than almost any other solar application.

Why commercial sites suit solar
Offices, shops and schools draw their heaviest load in daylight — exactly when the array is generating. A high share of what you generate is consumed on site, where every unit is worth the full retail tariff rather than an export rate.
Working on an occupied building
Deliveries, lifting and any work affecting the supply are scheduled around your hours. Roof penetrations, where unavoidable, are sealed and tested; on most flat roofs we use ballasted or clamped structures that do not penetrate the waterproofing at all.
Commercial tariffs and approvals
Commercial tariffs are higher than residential, which shortens payback, but net-metering limits, sanctioned-load caps and demand charges differ by state and DISCOM. We confirm the rules that apply to your connection before proposing a capacity.
What this does not do
The central residential subsidy does not apply to commercial connections. Accelerated depreciation and state-level incentives may, and we will set out what your business is actually eligible for in the quotation rather than assuming it.
